Shipping Policy
We ship to the mainland US only. It takes 2 to 5 business days to receive your free shipping package. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Due to the high volume of orders, packing (off) may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there breathes a significant delay in shipping your order, we will inform you via email.

Delivery Terms
Flamefrills Delivery terms are FedEx, USPS, UPS, Aramex, ShipBob, and DHL.
Multiple Address
We do not deliver the same order in multiple places, If you want to deliver your products in multiple places please place separate orders.
Order Delay
If you are not getting your delivery 2-5 business days after purchase please call us at +1 ((307) 206-5391. If you are not at home on your order delivery days, you will get your delivery within the next few days.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
For Cancel Order
You may exchange or cancel your order and address details within 12 hours after purchase. Please contact support@flamefrills.co as soon as possible with your cancel requests, and label the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm when your CHANCEL has been made.
